Illyana is a Senior Level Leader specializing in creative, marketing, and E-commerce operations with an emphasis on project management. Over the past 10 years, she has worked within global omni channel fashion operations with cross-departmental and multi-functional teams. Her key competencies  include relationship building, international cross-functional collaboration and communication, training and development, process building and execution, asset management, budget management and reconciliation, organizational change management, and team building. 

In her free time she enjoys learning new things, volunteering, continuing to cultivate her love for doing makeup, and freelance writing. 

Illyana began volunteering in 2010 while still in college as a way to pay homage to all those who helped her along the way. She specifically has a passion for working with youth and young women. Her volunteer experience is almost as impressive as her professional experience. 

While illyana held down many jobs in her youth, working at a full service salon and spa while in college really influenced her. It was there that she found one of her great loves, makeup artistry. The owner allowed her to learn while working as a receptionist and her role quickly transitioned into her working as a receptionist and makeup artist. illyana is currently awaiting publication in a book she worked on.

As a young girl in a tumultuous household, Illyana found her escape in writing. She first shared her work in her high school poetry book. Never did Illyana think her work would resonate with so many people. Realizing she enjoyed writing and had stories to tell, she pursued it in her free time. Currently, she is a freelance writer for Everygirl Media Inc.
